안녕하세요, 개런티잇입니다. 개런티잇 개인정보처리방침이 아래와 같이 개정되어 미리 알려 드립니다. ■ 시행일 - 2026년 11월 10일(화): 제2조 ②, 제3조 ⑥ · ⑦, 제4조 ⑤ - 2026년 12월 3일(목): 제5조 ④ ■ 개정 사유 파트너사가 직접 연 캠페인에서는 개런티잇에 가입하지 않은 파트너사 소속 인플루언서도 선정에 적을 수 있게 되었습니다. 이를 위해 파트너사가 입력하는 그 인플루언서의 정보를 수집 항목에 추가합니다. 또한 파트너사가 결과를 공유한 고객사(견적 고객사)에게 지원자 명단과 회원이 아닌 인플루언서의 정보를 보여 드리게 되어 제3자 제공 항목을 추가합니다. ■ 개인정보처리방침 주요 개정 내용 1. 제3조 ⑦(신설 · 수집 항목): 회원이 아닌 인플루언서(파트너사가 직접 연 캠페인에 그 파트너사가 적는 자체 인플루언서)의 닉네임, 플랫폼, 채널 주소, 게시물 주소를 수집합니다. 이름 · 연락처 · 계좌는 받지 않습니다. 파트너사가 그 인플루언서의 동의를 받아 입력하며, 요청하시면 수집 출처와 처리 목적을 알려 드립니다. 제3조 ⑥(수집 방법)에 파트너사의 입력을 추가합니다. 2. 제4조 ⑤(신설 · 보유 기간): 회원이 아닌 인플루언서 정보는 파트너사가 지우거나 정보주체가 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 파기하고, 그 전까지는 캠페인 기록과 함께 5년간 보관합니다. 3. 제2조 ②(처리 목적): 서비스 제공에 「결과 보고서 작성」을 추가합니다. 4. 제5조 ④(신설 · 제3자 제공): 파트너사가 직접 연 캠페인을 파트너사가 결과를 공유한 고객사에게, 그 캠페인의 지원자 · 선정 캐스트의 닉네임 · 채널 정보(플랫폼 · 계정명 · 팔로워 수 · 확인된 평균 조회수) · 카테고리 · 진행 상태 · 방문 일시 · 콘텐츠 URL과 회원이 아닌 인플루언서의 닉네임 · 플랫폼 · 게시물 주소를 제공합니다. 이름 · 연락처 · 배송지 · 금액은 제공하지 않습니다. 이 항목은 2026년 12월 3일부터 시행하며, 그 전에는 지원자 명단과 회원이 아닌 인플루언서의 정보를 견적 고객사에게 제공하지 않습니다. ■ 전문 보기 개인정보처리방침: https://guarantee.it.kr/legal/privacy ■ 동의하지 않으시는 경우 시행일 전까지 고객센터로 의견을 알려 주시거나 회원 탈퇴를 신청하실 수 있습니다. ■ 문의: support@plustonic.com · 070-4105-0678 [English] We are revising the GUARANTEE IT Privacy Policy as follows. ■ Effective dates - November 10, 2026: Art. 2(2), Art. 3(6) and (7), Art. 4(5) - December 3, 2026: Art. 5(4) ■ Reason For campaigns a partner opens itself, the partner can now record its own influencers who are not GUARANTEE IT members in the selection. We are adding the information the partner enters about those influencers to the items we collect. Because the applicant list and non-member influencer information will be shown to the client with which the partner shares the results (the quote client), we are also adding these items to provision to third parties. ■ Key changes 1. Art. 3(7) (new, items collected): for non-member influencers (a partner's own influencers that the partner records for a campaign it opened itself) — nickname, platform, channel address and post address. Names, contact details and bank accounts are not collected. The partner enters this information with the influencer's consent; on request, we tell you the source and the purpose of processing. Entry by partners is added to Art. 3(6) (methods of collection). 2. Art. 4(5) (new, retention): non-member influencer information is destroyed without delay when the partner deletes it or the data subject requests deletion; until then it is kept with the campaign records for 5 years. 3. Art. 2(2) (purposes): "preparation of campaign result reports" is added to provision of the Service. 4. Art. 5(4) (new, provision to third parties): for a campaign a partner opened itself, the client with which the partner shares the results receives the nickname, channel information (platform, account name, follower count, confirmed average views), categories, progress status, visit time and content URLs of the campaign's applicants and selected Casts, and the nickname, platform and post address of non-member influencers. Names, contact details, shipping addresses and amounts are not provided. 안녕하세요, 개런티잇입니다. 개런티잇 이용약관이 아래와 같이 개정되어 미리 알려 드립니다. ■ 시행일: 2026년 12월 2일(수) ■ 개정 사유 시딩형 캠페인은 제품을 무료로 받고 리뷰를 올리는 캠페인이라는 취지에 맞게, 제품을 받은 캐스트가 리뷰를 게시하도록 바꿉니다. ■ 이용약관 주요 개정 내용 1. 제12조 ④(콘텐츠의 제출과 게시 확인): 「시딩형 캠페인은 게시가 의무가 아니며, 게시 여부와 무관하게 제품 제공으로 참여가 완료됩니다」를 삭제합니다. 시행일부터 시딩형 캠페인에 선정되어 제품을 받은 캐스트는 다른 캠페인과 같이 게시 기한 안에 콘텐츠를 게시하고 URL을 제출해야 하며, 기한 안에 제출하지 않으면 미이행으로 처리될 수 있습니다(제12조 ②). 2. 고객사의 시딩형 이용료(선정 1인당 정액)는 게시가 확인된 건에만 청구하며, 게시가 확인되지 않은 몫은 캠페인 종료 후 돌려드립니다(제12조 ③). ■ 전문 보기 이용약관: https://guarantee.it.kr/legal/terms ■ 동의하지 않으시는 경우 시행일 전까지 고객센터로 거부 의사를 알려 주시거나 회원 탈퇴를 신청하실 수 있습니다. 시행일까지 거부 의사를 표시하지 않으시면 개정 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다(이용약관 제3조 ④). ■ 문의: support@plustonic.com · 070-4105-0678 [English] We are revising the GUARANTEE IT Terms of Service as follows. ■ Effective date: December 2, 2026 ■ Key changes 1. Art. 12(4) (submission and posting confirmation): the sentence "posting is not required for seeding campaigns, and participation is completed by receiving the product" is deleted. From the effective date, casts selected for a seeding campaign who receive the product must post the content and submit its URL within the posting deadline, like other campaigns. Failing to submit by the deadline may be treated as non-performance (Art. 12(2)). 2. 안녕하세요, 개런티잇입니다. 개런티잇 이용약관과 개인정보처리방침이 아래와 같이 개정되어 미리 알려 드립니다. ■ 시행일: 2026년 11월 23일(월) ■ 개정 사유 캠페인 유형 추가, 파트너사가 운영하는 캠페인, 콘텐츠 2차 활용 기준, 파트너사 서류 접수 방식 등 바뀐 운영 방식을 반영하고, 개인정보 처리 위탁 · 국외 이전 내용을 보완했습니다. ■ 이용약관 주요 개정 내용 1. 제2조 ③(정의): 캠페인 유형에 「기자단형」을 추가했습니다. 2. 제13조 ③(이용료): 파트너사가 고객사를 대신해 등록했거나 운영하는 캠페인의 이용료도 고객사가 직접 등록한 캠페인과 같습니다. 파트너사 소속 캐스트가 수행한 건의 이용료 면제는 없어집니다. 3. 제14조 ②(결제): 「결제대행(PG)·에스크로 등 전자결제 수단 도입」을 「신용카드·계좌이체 등 다른 결제 수단을 추가할 수 있으며, 추가할 때에는 이용 방법과 조건을 미리 공지」로 바꿨습니다. 4. 제18조 ②(콘텐츠 2차 활용): 광고 소재 재제작 · 유료 광고 · 다른 채널 게시 등 2차 활용은 개런티에 포함되지 않으며, 고객사와 캐스트가 캠페인마다 따로 협의해 합의한 범위에서만 가능합니다. 5. 제13조 ⑤ · 제18조 ②(2차 활용 합의와 이용료): 2차 활용의 제안 · 합의 · 대금 지급을 개런티잇 안에서 합니다. 유상 2차 활용은 고객사가 합의 금액에 원고료형 캠페인과 같은 요율의 이용료를 더해 내고, 캐스트는 합의 금액을 그대로 받습니다. ■ 개인정보처리방침 주요 개정 내용 1. 제3조(수집 항목): 캐스트 — 휴대폰 번호(선택), 기본 배송지, 해외 정산 계좌(SWIFT/BIC · IBAN) / 고객사 — 담당자 휴대폰 번호, 매장 대표번호, 브랜드 로고 · 인스타그램 · 자사몰 주소 / 파트너사 — 대표자 신분증 사본을 받지 않고, 계좌 명의 구분과 통장 사본을 추가합니다. 2. 제4조(보유 기간): 통장 사본, 신청하지 않은 사업자등록증, 파트너 서류의 파기 시점을 정했습니다. 채널 인증 캡처 화면은 인증 완료 후 1년 보관 후 파기합니다. 3. 제5조 ②(제3자 제공): 파트너사가 운영하는 캠페인에서는 선정된 캐스트의 배송지 · 운송장을 그 파트너사에 제공하며, 파트너사가 정하는 소속 캐스트의 개런티도 그 파트너사에 제공합니다. 정산 계좌는 제공하지 않습니다. 4. 제6조(처리 위탁): Anthropic, PBC(사업자등록증 · 통장 사본 글자 판독), 주식회사 솔라피(카카오 알림톡 발송)를 추가했습니다. 5. 제7조 ②(국외 이전): Anthropic, PBC(미국)로의 판독용 파일 전송과 그 항목 · 방법 · 보유 기간을 적었습니다. ■ 전문 보기 이용약관: https://guarantee.it.kr/legal/terms 개인정보처리방침: https://guarantee.it.kr/legal/privacy ■ 동의하지 않으시는 경우 시행일 전까지 고객센터로 거부 의사를 알려 주시거나 회원 탈퇴를 신청하실 수 있습니다. 시행일까지 거부 의사를 표시하지 않으시면 개정 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다(이용약관 제3조 ④). ■ 문의: support@plustonic.com · 070-4105-0678 [English] We are revising the GUARANTEE IT Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as follows. ■ Effective date: November 23, 2026 ■ Key changes to the Terms 1. Art. 2(3): "Content-only" campaigns are added as a campaign type. 2. Art. 13(3): Campaigns a partner registers or operates on behalf of a client carry the same service fee as campaigns the client registers directly. The fee exemption for work done by the partner's own casts is removed. 3. Art. 14(2): The Company may add other payment methods, such as credit cards and account transfers, and will announce how to use them and their conditions in advance. 4. Art. 18(2): Secondary use of content (re-editing as ad creative, paid ads, posting on other channels) is not included in the guarantee and is allowed only within the scope the client and the cast agree on separately for each campaign. 5. Arts. 13(5) and 18(2): secondary use is proposed, agreed and paid within GUARANTEE IT. For paid secondary use, the client pays a service fee at the same rate as paid campaigns on top of the agreed amount, and the cast receives the agreed amount in full. ■ Key changes to the Privacy Policy 1. Art. 3 (items collected): casts — mobile number (optional), default shipping address, overseas payout account (SWIFT/BIC, IBAN); clients — contact mobile number, store phone number, brand logo, Instagram and online store addresses; partners — the representative's ID copy is no longer collected, and the account holder type and a bankbook copy are added. 2. Art. 4 (retention): when bankbook copies, unsubmitted business registration certificates and partner documents are destroyed. Channel verification screenshots are kept for one year after verification. 3. Art. 5(2) (provision to third parties): for campaigns a partner operates, the shipping address and tracking number of selected casts are provided to that partner, as is the guarantee the partner sets for its casts. Payout accounts are not provided. 4. Art. 6 (processors): Anthropic, PBC (reading business registration certificates and bankbook copies) and SOLAPI Inc. (KakaoTalk notifications) are added. 5.
